Please beware of individuals, organizations and branches pretending to be one of our representatives;

it has come to our attention that there are third party individuals and organizations sending inquiries and engaging in calls, claiming to be one of our officers or representatives.

To verify if the messages you receive are from our company, kindly take note of the following:

1. Point of Contact: For initial inquiries on products and services (be it in sales or procurement), OCEANA MARITIME AND NAVAL CONSULTANCY CORP. would NEVER send in third parties (be it as represented by an individual or by a group) without prior official notification from our organization.

2. Signing Representatives: OCEANA MARITIME AND NAVAL CONSULTANCY CORP. will NEVER sign contracts or engage in transactions signed by individuals-- especially not by someone who is not one of our current official board of directors or key officers;

2.1 Should there be a need for one of our officers, partners, or directors to represent our corporation in any transaction or agreement, rest assured that the signing and representations entail appropriate documentations recognized and signed by OMNCC as a corporation.

>>> Aside from those two key reminders, here are some usual minor details to look out for to help you determine whether the initial communications you receive are legitimately from us:

Contact Details: Unless the communication was done via face-to-face introductions and discussions with our key officers and directors, our initial communications (typically inquiries and source of basic information updates) usually come from our administrative and marketing emails and social media channels. Kindly check our Contact Us page for our updated contact details, as well as our Social Media footprints page to stay updated on our EXACT contact information. (Tip: Don't be tricked by typographical errors and minor differences in symbols and punctuations in addresses! One misplaced alphabet or symbol and it can easily be a fake contact information.)

3.1 Afterwards, you may be forwarded to the appropriate departments or officers to further discuss any agreement. And even then, you'd still occasionally find our official emails tagged (CC and/or BCC) in some of the discussions.

3.2 Official emails from our officers usually come with our company's digital signature, as well as links leading directly to https://oceana-mncc.com ---there would be no webpage redirection or unrelated pop-up ads (if there is, or if you notice any abnormal site behavior, don't hesitate to message us using any of our official public contact details).

OMNCC DOES NOT HAVE OTHER DIGITAL DOMAIN NAMES OR REGISTERED OFFICE BRANCHES OUTSIDE OF METRO MANILA, PHILIPPINES. 

4. Digital Domains: Our one and only website is https://oceana-mncc.com ; that being said, we currently do not own other company websites or domains. Any variation similar-sounding to our website link is guaranteed NOT officially associated with us. 

4.1 Examples of possible frauds and replicas are sites ending in .eu, .co, .hk, .cn or similar domains and company name variations. 

5. Branch Outlets: While OCEANA MARITIME AND NAVAL CONSULTANCY CORP. (OMNCC) does have partners and affiliates in different parts of the world, should we have NEW or additional addresses necessary for the general public to view, we WILL update our clients and partners ACCORDINGLY. Additionally, we may update our Address panel in the 'Contact Us' page for any new branch locations.

5.1 If our partners and clients encounter any organization (digital or actual) claiming to be associated with us in any suspicious manner, you may send a report to us.
