Open to ALL residents of Metro Manila, ages 18 to 35 years of age. All residents interested in the program-- regardless of gender, educational attainment, and work experience, are welcome to apply.

OMNCC sponsors the creation and the maintenance of the PMMA 1986 Electronic Yearbook. The goal behind this is to bind together and commemorate the roots and friendships of the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy batch. The yearbook is also a salute to all the graduates of one of the oldest academies in the history of Philippine Maritime industry.
